Terms, conditions, and legal information for Invictus Systems.
By engaging Invictus Systems for installation services, you agree to the terms outlined in your Statement of Work (SOW). All services are governed by the SOW executed between the client and Invictus Systems, a DBA of 2057 Holdings LLC.
Invictus Systems carries general liability, cyber liability, and professional liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the terms outlined in the applicable SOW. Invictus Systems is not a security monitoring company and does not provide 24/7 central station monitoring services.
Installation workmanship is warranted for 90 days from the date of installation. Hardware warranty is provided by the respective manufacturer. Invictus Systems will assist in facilitating manufacturer warranty claims.
